Interview
2 - 3 hours long and intense. They made me feel like to worst teacher in the world, despite having years of experience. There were three personal interviews and a mock lesson that I was given 30 minutes to plan. I did not enjoy the experience at all.

Interview
I had to teach a demo lesson to 2 fake students, aka the people interviewing me. One man in particular gave me a very hard time and pretended to be a difficult student who just didn't understand anything. It was overkill in my opinion. He continued to be rude through the follow up process and criticize my performance. I wasn't a fan of this interview or the person conducting it.
