Interview
Applied on the college career center website. Got a 1 hour interview with a HR and two engineering managers at Novi, MI. The interview started with a few common behavioral questions such as why are you interested in American mitsuba, are you willing to travel, how do you adapt to a this multicultural working environment etc. Then the techical interviewers will ask your projects etc. It took more than two weeks to know the result. If you get an offer they will let you know very quickly by email, however if they wanna reject you, you'll receive a hardcopy reject letter.

Interview
The interview was OK. 6-7 engineers and manager were there in a meeting room and some of them are Japanese employees. Human resource was asking a bunch of questions and the other ones were taking notes. After that I was required to create a simple 3D catia model on their company computer. The interview was not so long but be well prepared cause you are facing so many people by yourself.
