Was hired at a hiring event. Had to bring in paperwork which I actually had forgotten on the way out the door. The lady was nice enough to let me fill it out there since I had driven from Provo. They told us a little bit about the company then we had to fill out a questionnaire about our experience and teaching philosophy. Next we were pulled out for individual interviews which included reading a passage and answering questions about it to test our reading/comprehension abilities. Questions she asked me were pretty easy and straightforward.
