I went to a job fair. It was pretty simple. I spoke with the Director of the charter. She asked a few questions. I took a quiz to ensure my competency. I was offered a job after observing a classroom to make sure I wanted to position. They want to make sure you will teach their way which makes sense. I was a little desperate for a position, but the position ended not making me happy.
