My process was very similar to the others mentioned here. They're one of those firms that after an initial phone screen, will ask you to complete an assignment for them, which is all work that they have the right to use. I did not receive an offer, and while I was communicating with one person throughout the process, I received an automated email from another with the rejection. They provide no feedback or explanation as to why, just the generic "we've decided to go in another direction" copy and paste. The posting for the position I applied for was over a month old, so they must've already had someone picked before my time or have left it purposely open for longer than necessary, not a good look for them.

Interview
I experienced the same negative as some others. They gave me several assignments. I knew throughout the process that my work could be used by them, but I still decided to do it. Never heard back from them after having done several interview rounds.
