Applied online and one of their staff reached out that she would be following-up with next steps the following week. 2 weeks pass including a follow-up on my end, and nothing. I finally heard back from them asking me for availability to speak with their outside consultant. I send my availability and no action is taken. I then follow-up yet again and they claim they're close to making an offer to another candidate. Overall, a very poor candidate experience. I'm ok not moving along in the process, but respect your candidates' time and energy.
