One on one interview via sparks hire platform. It was horrible and why interview candidates (qualified candidates by the way) if your immediate answer is a no. Just don’t interview candidates you’re not interested in

Interview
It was fairly simple and straightforward. However for me it was abit challenging as it was my very first time being interviewed.
I quiet enjoyed teaching the student and I believe, if given a chance, I'd make a wonderful ESL teacher
The process is quite lengthy, however, when it comes to responding they're very efficient. The entire process needs patience and I'd advice candidates to work on their confidence more especially for the one-way interview.
