Didn't have a pleasant experience. The hiring manager had a high-and-mighty attitude and kept asking irrelevant technical questions - things not nearly close to the job posting. After that he said they are looking for someone with a specific skill. I had not mentioned anywhere in my resume or cover letter that I had that skill..so why waste your time and mine interviewing me. Didn't get an offer, but would have declined if I did.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Recruiter asked very few general questions, more on my overall background.
Avoid this company at all cost. The interviewer was so arrogant and asked all the questions irrelevant to the job description. They had so much pride in themselves that they totally ignored the interviewee. The interview process should be a two way street.

Pride themselves in being a startup with the startup mentality —to their own detriment. You end up getting a distinct impression they’re one of those companies that “can’t decide anything” and will likely waste your time over the course of several different calls and interviews. Also, by the way, the benefits package was underwhelming. Don’t let the “unlimited pto” fool you… if they work anything like the statuo company they seem to value so much, you’ll never get time to take off anyway.

Tell me when you did this “xyz”…tell me about an example of “xyz”… (and by the way, each interviewer will ask the same thing…. Like, just all interview at once if you’re going to repeat the same thing)
