I responded to an add on CL. Then had a interview with Jake, fallowed by a group interview. It was a very relaxed but intense process. Only the mentally strong and personally driven people are hired.

Interview
Very casual, starts as a phone interview. If you have a good phone interview you get a second zoom interview. The standard type of interview, questions to you and then time for you to ask questions afterwards. If that goes well you move into the hiring stage.

They ask you a single question then go into discussion. They explain the job and pay and then offer everyone who has a beating heart the job. Of which most people don't take it.
