The written test (programming round) was cool and during interview if you need to frank and confident in presenting you answer. I felt the overall process was more of they trying to understand me fitting the profile, they are very particular about the skills(strong) mention to them. Questions in the interview will be based on your resume they will not be anything on which(in generally) expected from you to know. i mean it will be starting from basic level and difficult increases as the process goes on.
