Interview
They asked for a CV and asked me to drop by their office. It was a matter of five minutes for which I was made to wait more than half an hour. I went to a shoddy room where I sat on a broken down couch and the employer perched atop a desk. She asked me several useless questions and that was it.
Just asked me to write an article and then we started negotiating. Very streamlined process and not at all a hard interview. Reluctant to pay wages that I asked for but eventually conceded.

Interview
I was asked to sit for a test and come up with an article on a medical topic by using references from the internet. I expressly told not to plagiarize.
