Laid back conversation with hiring manager. Very conversational, spent entire hour just establishing rapport and feeling out the vibe and if we would work well together.
After interview with immediate manager, moved on to video interview with Charles VP sales, where he was very brief and direct. Not impersonal, just not conversationally focused. 15 minutes, small handful of direct questions and very little to no follow up questions or relationship building in the short interview
