Interview
There were 2 rounds of interviews. In the first round the interviewer who was the project manager was more interested in the personalities rather than technical knowledge. The second interview involved going to site and I was given explanation on the process as well as the roles and responsibilities.

Interview
Direct phone interview with one of the upper management employee. First interview involved lot of technical discussion followed by next interview with one of the engineering directors. Third and last interview was with the same person who took first interview.
Overall good experience. It was clearly explained how the job is going to be. Very honest interviewers.
