Interview
They offered me a contract role . A day before of my joining I got to know that they have hired someone permanently which apparently they forgot to inform my agency.
I had mixed feelings about this interview.
I also spoke with Rachael over the phone and felt Iike she didn't really care about what I had to say. For every specific questions she was asking, I would take the time to respond and got an "ok, thanks". Maybe she didn't like my answers but at least she could have look engaged with me. I also got a generic denial a few days later. I can't remember if I followed up with her to be honest since I wasn't sure what to think about this company. I was honestly surprised not to be able to meet with at least one manager after this interview, I thought I answered all the questions accurarely. I guess I was wrong :)
There were a lot of one on one in person interviews. They are a small company so they're extremely picky with candidates. They are generally looking for someone with relevant technical experience so come prepared. Do not answer questions incorrectly. If you do not know the answer to a technical question, just say you don't know.
