Really bad interview with untrained interviewers, was in the dining hall of the care home and emergency buzzers were going off unanswered throughout. I should of not accepted the job based on this as this was a sign of how short staffed they are and how much the registered manager did not care about the residents
Easy quick, relaxed, applied online, then a phone call asking to interview, normal questions you would find in Care. Make sure you are prepared and willing to answer all the questions.
