I interviewed here twice. The first time went really well, the job went to someone else, which I completely respected since it seemed competetive. The second time I interviewed was a year later. The interview was a short half hour zoom call where I answered some questions and talked about my experience. Very gentle and easy. I never heard back both times I interviewed. This is such a simple courtesy for someone who is actively looking for a job and time is of the essence. Anyway, don't expect to hear back unless you are the one.
