Very straightforward. I Applied by email, got a phone call 2 hours later stating they would need some time to review the applications. Next day got a call to arrange for a date and time for a meeting. After the meeting it took them only to days to make a decision.

3 Interviews in sum. 1 and 2 with colleagues was really nice and positive. The third at the office with potential boss was horrible! Had to justify myself, looking for phrases not perfectly described in cv, nothing positive. Definitely makes the decision very easy, that I do not want to work for this company.

Am Anfang wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen und es gab eine Vorstellungsrunde. Anschließend sollte der Lebenslauf vorgestellt werden und dann kam der inhaltliche Fragenteil. Es hab auch einen etwas interaktiveren Teil aber insgesamt war das Gespräch sehr nett und wertschätzend
