I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Anduril (Irvine, CA) in May 2021
Interview
Had 2 technical screens that both were React prompts. If they moved me on past the technical screen then it would be an onsite of 4-5 hours of interviews.
The response from the recruiter was fast as first but then it took about a week after the second technical to get a response. I'm assuming that they found a better candidate and were trying to stall for a decision.
I felt like I flew through the tech screen pretty easily so not sure what I could have done better in terms of programming ability

Question 1
- Build a search bar and table
- Build a month year input form
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Anduril in Jan 2025
Interview
The first interview was with a very professional recruiter. Very knowledgeable and helpful in understanding the entire process, as well as more information about the company. The second interview was a front-end interview with React, which was very nice compared to the algorithm Leetcode interviews that many other companies are still doing.
