I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Anduril
Interview
Recruiter reached out for a position. Followed with a phone call, information about the role and questions on experience, followed by some basic (electrical circuit) technical questions. Moved forward with a virtual interview with the Engineering Manager, more information on the role and team, questions on my experiences and details on my resume, questions on skills related to role (was told it would be a technical interview but there were no technical questions).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A circuit with a 5V source has a 10Kohm resistor. What do I need to add to get 2.5V?
Recruiter Screening (first interview round) where they asked me some basic questions about myself and resume, then followed up at the end with some simple technical questions. I think I didn't do a great job explaining myself and my background which is why I didn't move on past this, but I got the technical questions right.

Question 1
Asked me about a difficult project I have been a part of as well as a simple voltage divider.
I applied online. I interviewed at Anduril (Mountain View, CA) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview began with a typical HR screening that talked about the company and their mission, along with the responsibilities of the role. The second interview is a 45 minute technical interview with an electrical engineer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Voltage divider, diode drop, RC circuit analysis. The second round technical interview focused on synchronized buck converter and its primary function/operation. Along with a focus on trace capacitance, resistance, and inductance concepts that you should be familiar with when designing a PCB. Additionally, make sure you understand how to choose decoupling capacitors sizing and their function in buck/boost converter IC's.
I applied online. I interviewed at Anduril (Costa Mesa, CA) in Oct 2025
Interview
Went through the first 2 rounds of interviews. First round was with an HR person asking basic questions about me and my experiences, then I had 3 simple EE questions. The second round was all technical questions and got asked about some of my project and had to explain them in detail.
