Interview
I applied online and they set up an interview within a week. The interview consisted of uninspiring, generic HR questions. It was almost as though they Googled the most overasked, meme-tier interview questions. "What are your greatest strengths? What are your greatest weaknesses? Tell me about a time [insert STAR answer here]." No technical questions. The interviewer seemed bored and disengaged. The recruiter was prompt and responsive, so that was a positive.
Recruiter screen, then a 2-v-1 interview with peers and then a full-day onsite. Most of the interviews were fine, but a few told me they had to end the interview 15 min early, and a few were borderline rude. That included my interview with the hiring manager, which made it hard for me to gauge whether this was a person I wanted to work for. Also, the recruiters ghosted me before the full-day onsite, so I didn't have a chance to get questions answered and prepare accordingly.
