I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anduril (Costa Mesa, CA) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview at Anduril consisted of 3 rounds: 1 round with the recruiter, 1 with hiring manager, and finally a virtual panel interview with 4 members of the team. Overall, a pretty standard experience for the industry.

Focused on how to remove barriers and move fast in test
Initial screening call went well. My skills matched the job description. I never received a response or feedback. I continue to be contacted by recruiters due to skill set, but the company has internal do not hire lists.
