I previously completed a review back on Aprin 28th 2025 regarding my prior experience with this company and their interview process & how the recruiter, for lack of a better term, ghosted me on multiple occasions. 1 year later I received an email from this company stating there must have been "miscommunication" last year and now wants to set up another interview. Absolutely not - if it took them over a year to respond to any of my emails, why would I want to work for a company that completes "follow-up" communications over a year later. What an absolute joke.
So far I’ve had interview number 1 with a recruiter i believe & it went well. Have interview number 2 with 2 managers today so I’m hoping for the best!

Recruiter reached out to setup a time to speak & was scheduled. I waited over 2 hours past the scheduled time for the recruiter to call with no avail. I reached out to the the recruiter via email, to which she stated her son had the flu and had to take him to the hospital. Recruiter rescheduled for the next day. Once again I waited another 2 hours past the scheudled time with no call. I emailed again, where the recruiter rescheduled for the following week. I waited for the call at the scheduled time (3rd scheduled time) to which she emailed me 2 hours after the scheduled call asking if I was certified. I stated yes and resent my state and national certs to her yet again. She stated she would call me in about an hour, to which she did not. After following up with her about three days after this, I received no response. I waited another week and emailed again with no response. At this point I'm very frustrated. After doing some research, I found the head of recruiting information for the company and asked if I can speak to a different recruiter as the first one could not follow through with any of the scheduled calls. All of the emails with the recruiter were attached/forward on the email to the head of recruiting, where surprisingly, I received zero responses. This was very unprofessional, especially after being told I was a great fit for the position. I would never recommend this company after dealing with this for over 1.5 month.
