      General Manager Interview

      Nov 18, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Lubbock, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Angelic Candles (Lubbock, TX)

      Interview

Everything took about 30 minutes; it's a small company. Since I had worked for them for the last 3 years, the interview questions were minimal. We went to the coffee shop and chatted for about 10 minutes beforehand, mainly about how everyone in production felt at the time. I told her him that everyone was getting along well and enjoyed their work. I made a suggestion as to how the pouring process could be greatly improved(trade secret). I'm not at liberty to discuss the specifics because of a NDA that I signed years ago. The interview was mostly informal because of my rapport with the owners at the time.
