      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Angell Marketing (Phoenix, AZ)

      Interview

      Whole process took over three weeks and three interviews, which I thought was a little unusual for such a small company. After three interviews I didn’t get an offer... Owner seemed very nice and I was looking forward to the second interview with their account executive. I thought it also went very well and from that point final decision will be made. However, four days later they invited me for a third interview, which seemed a little odd especially after I learned that the person I will be interviewing with doesn’t even work for the company full time. I decided that I still should go because I was interested in working there. The third interview went great, in my opinion, and at that point I was ready to hear their decision and was not looking forward to a fourth interview :) After three days of waiting the headhunter told me that they were not interested in me. Reasons were also very surprising. I was declined based on my work samples, which they saw prior to the first interview. I am certain there was another reason that they preferred not to reveal. I am sure that it is a good company to work for and it seemed to be growing pretty fast and everyone I interviewed with were very pleasant. But if you are invited for an interview just beware that they still haven’t figure out what exactly they are looking for and how to proceed with the changes in their business model so they might waste your time.
