They do select people but during the interview, they ask easy to medium questions in my opinion, their priority is female candidates due to which male candidates are mostly likely ignored.

Interview
Well we had this company of campus placements. They conduted pen paper test which included DSA questions and SQL queries. Later we had techincal interview based on first round which was followed by HR round.

They asked about python and sql queries. As they check even if candidate lack in some skill, he or she is willing to learn or not.

Interview
First there was a coding round which was on campus and then selected students were eligible for the interview process which was on the same day , interview duration was nearly 20 minutes and then selected students were asked to come to their office next day for final interview.
