It was relatively easy and they asked basic questions. No curveballs were asked, and the lady was super kind. She started the interview with an overview of what the company does.
After initial cuts with the application there were two rounds of interviews. The first round of interviews was with the Training Director who also is in charge of the interview portion. The interview started off with a little about what Annie's List does and the position and then delves into what kind of work you do, what you're involved in, and what you're passionate about. It was a phone interview so it was fairly informal and honestly just a great conversation. The second interview (if necessary) is with the head of the department you're applying for and by the time I'd gotten there, they'd already made me an offer so it was just a chat about the job.
