Fast quick and easy. They were very pleasant and professional. The dress code is relaxed and they offer work from home options. You get to meet with 2 managers and a chance to see the call center. You do have to take a typing test but it isn’t difficult.

Sometimes the job can be challenging and hectic ~ would that be a problem for you?
It was an easy interview with 2 rounds of aptitude test and then PI, the aptitude was relatively easy and in PI questions based on my Profile was asked. I was given some riddles to solve which were easy and my communication skills were tested

Interview
Very welcoming and easy to speak to. I wish more companies had interviews like this one. They were straight forward and told me the good and the bad. I am thankful for the opportunity the provided me with.
