The interview process was well organised and welcoming. It started with an introduction to the company, followed by a technical presentation, a team exercise, a reasoning assessment and a one-to-one interview. The interviewers were friendly and encouraged me to explain my thought process rather than just giving perfect answers. Overall, it felt like they wanted to understand how I approached engineering problems and worked with others.
