Screening, hiring manager, take home assignment that took about 3.5 hrs, 3 stakeholder interviews and culture interview. The culture interview took 45 minutes. Many of the questions from the panel were situational as per Anthropic and also honed in on the products. I'm rating this "meh" because the amount of preparation. I read every article in their portal, the videos, and the homework assignment all while still doing my full time job. Also this may or may not have made a difference. Google meeting was used and it was not a great connection. It's hard to say if it was the platform, my internet? I don't have a problem with other platforms. We had to turn of the camera on a few of the interviews and sometimes it was choppy due to the connection.
