Interviewed through a recruiter. Had an hour-long conversation with the CEO which went very well (her direct feedback), and then a second interview with a business manager. They did not offer me the position due to me not having 'enough international experience' - despite the fact that I was literally a foreigner, worked in their target market for several years and had an enormous interest and passion for skincare as well as eCommerce expertise. Makes you wonder how little the actual management understand of what they're trying to achieve.
