Aperture Pet & Life interview questions

The interview process was informal and casual. Next steps were detailed by VP; however, no one responded after the interview via a call, email or message from LinkedIn. I understand that direction may have changed and there could have been numerous reasons for a response back, but this was a very poor candidate experience that could’ve easily been prevented with a courteous decline email to the candidate.
