I followed up a few days after my first interview, only to be informed that the company had decided to pursue more senior candidates. Clearer communication during their initial call about their requirements would have been appreciated.
General Data Structure Questions. They ask real work examples and you have to figure out which data structure or algorithm to use. Overall it was a positive experience. The people are friendly and ready to answer any questions you have.

Interview
Had a few phone screens and proceeded to onsite. Interview was early on and the panel was small but the team asked a lot of deep and probing question. I got an offer a few days after the interview.
