Telephone Interview with Doris Correa. Very disorganized and condescending, if interview with her was like this, imagine working for her. Management, do yourself a favor and hire someone competent to replace her so you can attract competent employees.

Interview with QA group are usually group interviews. You will be interviewed by the entire QA Team. It is hard to impress the team if the knowledge is not there. Team can dissect a resume with ease.
