Terrible experience. The hiring manager was 17 minutes late for our call and spent exactly 8 minutes exploring my background. The lack of enthusiasm in her voice was very telling, so I was not surprised when I didn't progress to the next stage. But, at least send a follow-up rejection letter or some kind of communication to show that you actually respect a candidate's time and efforts.
