You have to clr all the round one by one the you will be given offer letter. If any body fail in any one process the he is eliminated

Interview
Basically the process was equipped with GD, 2 stages of Interview i.e. HR and PI followed by Final Task Round (Product simulation).
Each round was elimination round. If one clears every round then only offer letter is issued.
