Applause IT interview questions

Interview with the Junior manager which lasted for around an hour and then the Second Interview with CEO of company which again lasted for a similar amount of time, both asked personality based questions and life experience based questions

Very consultative, non-aggressive approach. Lots of chance to ensure that it was a two way conversation. The interview process also allowed a great chance to meet some of the senior members of the business and really get a feel for the culture.
