Applied online. Received phone call inviting me for a 1:1 interview. Phone call 2 days later to schedule a Panel interview. Panel interview lasted about 30 minutes. Asked questions pertaining to management, than questions about the liquor industry. Was looking for someone with a vast knowledge in wines.
