Terrible interview process. It is clear they are looking for unpaid consulting. There were many discrepancies between the job posting, what the recruiter told me, and what others I spoke with told me. For example, everyone told me something different in terms of who the role was reporting to. They also emphasized there was no rush to fill the role, which was a red flag. They required a very extensive project and then had zero questions on it for me, and abruptly ghosted.

Had screening plus one formal interview before having me complete an at-home assignment. They proactively scheduled a 3-hour on site interview. Less than 12 hours after submitting my project, I was told they weren't moving forward with my candidacy and offered no feedback. When I asked for it, they ghosted.
