3x 121 interviews 1x task Interviews conducted with chief product officer, Head of product, design UX lead Task was a product critique, user story generation and UX wireframe exercise Interviewers were very transparent, more of an exchange of views and experience. Very conversational. My advise to any further candidates is avoid talking about what professional growth you expect. They describe themselves as being a flat structure, despite having clear hierarchy (I interviewed with several levels in my interview process) - I found the lack of this acknowledgement a bit strange, they want someone to fit into this non-hierarchical structure that clearly has clear defined seniority within their titles.... Bit bizarre. Would have happily taken the job if it had been offered.
