Had a positive interview experience at Appnext. Focus was on Android fundamentals, Kotlin, system design, and problem-solving. Interviewers were friendly and asked practical questions. Emphasis on clean architecture, performance optimization, and product thinking. Overall, a smooth and insightful process.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Appnext (Tel Aviv-Yafo)

Phone interview -> Home Assignment -> Frontal Technical Interview -> Higher Management Interview -> HR interview
It was a difficult interview process, very challenging.
The home assignment in particular was very verbose and over the top.
