HR manager sent me a message via Linkedin. There was a brief information about the opportunities and positions available in the company. I replied the message and gave my contact information and sent my CV.
They called me the day after, scheduled an interview.
It was a long deep interview! and after that they "assigned" me a test to progress the interview, which was so long and they told me they want to use my test s their work! They actually titled it as "assignment". I had some discussions about it and at last I sent a very brief part of the task they wanted.
After that I had a second interview with the direct and HR manager, which I think of as unnecessary. As, there were no new information exchanged between us, the CEO was supposed to meet me in this interview, but they said he had board meeting, so I had to go there another time as a third interview! I had a meeting with the CEO, he tested me too, a test to estimate the market size of a hypothesized business.
They accepted me and I worked there about a week without any contract!
I declined their offer because there was an item in their contract that I didn't agree with, they were trying every thing to say this is not practically applicable! and when I said "so, omit this one for my contract" they didn't accept. I said OK I will think about it, and they said to me a million times that I am very inexperienced, unprofessional and that I am a junior employee and I don't know anything about contracts!!! I was supposed to behave very flexible and they ...!
