Rounds of Interview Process 1. Communication through a recruiting consultant and referenced to Aptech HR. 2. Aptech HR gets in touch and calls for interview. 3. Interview round with Skills lead and Senior Instructional Designer/Team Lead (Kind-of like a panel interview) 4. Interview with Delivery Manager/Project Manager 5. Negotiation round with HR (This happens after a few days)
