They make you take an aptitude/personality test, that is timed(15 mins) and has absolutely nothing to do with your skill set or the job you applied for. Then to deal with the rounds of interview to follow if you meet their benchmark. The hiring process needs some improvements, definitely wouldn’t recommend this company, Ive got paid more elsewhere for less prescreening actions.
