The HR lady gave me a call didn't ask any questions told me they would let me know if I was moving forward with the interview process the next week. 3 weeks later they emailed me I wasn't going to be considered for the position even though I had an employee referral and all the qualifications. The guy they decided to hire ended up saying he forgot his start date so they told him not show up, I was told by the person who referred me.
