The initial process of getting a preliminary "interview" was easy. I had applied online for the job and within days I was contacted for a meeting/interview. I had booked an interview with one of the managers but when I turned up there were lots of other people waiting to be interviewed as well. Therefore I didn't have my interview until 45 mins after the scheduled time. The main issue I had was that the job description I was presented with in the interview was not the same as I had read online. As it turns out they were basically looking for people to do door to door sales, and had hidden this with other fancy job titles. It was clear they wanted people with little experience so they could train them up themselves. No salary was mentioned so I am assuming that a basic wage will be received then you have to work for commision. I was offered a second interview where I would have had the opportunity to shadow one of the staff for 9 hours doing door to door sales. I turned this down as it is not the career avenue I wanted to go down. Overall, I feel like I was completely mislead. Don't get me wrong the staff were very welcoming and friendly however they need to be more clear about the job roles they are advertising. The office doesn't have a car park so you will need to find and pay for street parking. Also the office environment doesn't seem very professional, they had music blaring as soon as you walk in. I could barely hear my own thoughts.

The first interview was brief but it became clear that the job was actually door to door sales. The job advert was misleading, as it's simply just a sales role. The second stage you get taken out to observe someone selling for 8 hours. My instructor was apparently the best at the company but he made 0 sales. 99% of people who work for these MLM companies lose money so do your research carefully. I honestly don't trust the reviews here, and my advise would be to also be skeptical.
