      Paid Media Specialist Interview

      Jul 29, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Arbitrage Media in Jul 2025

      Interview

During the interview, I was told my resume was selected from over 300 applicants and that I was one of the top candidates. I had already filled out a long form before the call — and after the interview, I was asked to send over detailed case studies, which I did. Then? Nothing. No reply. No thank you. Just silence. I know it’s a small agency with no HR — the founder himself ran the interview. But if you have time to review 300 resumes, read form responses, and schedule a call, you have time to reply. Ghosting people after asking for strategic materials is not just unprofessional — it's disrespectful. To anyone early in your career: this isn’t on you. It’s on them. To the company: shame on you.
