Arcellx interview questions

High touch. Recruiter phone screen. Hiring manager phone screen. 3 Rounds of multi-interview sessions. 2 rounds on site. Last round with nearly entire C-suite. They take their hiring seriously. They care to get it right. As much vetting of the candidate as they do, Arcellx is also very introspective about the process and self-aware as a corporation, ensuring the many touch points represent the company in the best light possible, such as a lunch session that is low pressure and casual (specifically non-interview interaction during lunch). The leaders ask inquisitive, open-ended questions. No one is trying to stump you. They make it obvious and comfortable what they're trying to see a candidate has or hasn't. When they make a decision to make an offer, they negotiate with openness, honesty, and with an offer which shows they're serious about closing a deal. No games but still warm, just trying to make sure both sides get what they need to be successful. It's too bad this sort of thing is less public because more companies should learn from Arcellx's world class recruiting process.
