I’ve passed many interviews for similar roles, and most of them started with behavioral questions. However, something that felt different about Arch Engineers was their deep understanding of sales abilities. They asked questions that really delved into the tactics and strategies behind sales, which I found very interesting. This approach showed me just how much they value sales knowledge. Overall, the interview was great. Devlin, the CEO, is a nice, calm person who listened carefully during the interview and considered every prospect I pointed out.
