      Implementation Project Manager Interview

      Feb 4, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Arcoro in Jan 2026

      Interview

The most recent reviews track with my experience. Recruiter reached out to schedule the first interview within a week of my application submission. General interview questions. I was promptly moved on to the second round interview within a week of my first interview. The second round was with the Imp Manager and another PM. It was a 30 min Teams call that honestly felt like a natural, organic conversation about the role and my experience. I left feeling good. I was however never given a timeline of when I should expect to hear back from anyone about their decision. Instead I was ghosted for two weeks until I reached out to the recruiter to get an update. At that point the response was that the company had decided to move on with other candidates.
