HR reached out for a basic first round. 2nd was a coding round of 5 hours.
Dummy fake job postings with dummy fake interviews. They are not hiring now. Received a rejection email almost immediately after the coding round which was finished with almost perfect score.

Question 1
Basic leetcode coding questions in the coding round.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Arctic Wolf (Waterloo, ON) in Nov 2025
Interview
A couple of rounds, followed by a complimentary breakfast of pancakes with some delicious maple syrup. I found the pancakes to be quite delightful. The people seemed really nice. I did not get the job because I could not design a starship and did not talk about maple syrup enough.
Had a 30-minute HR Screening, general questions, and nothing technical. A few days later got an email saying not to proceed to the next step. No feedback was given. Trying to apply for other positions but did not work out as well.
I went through a 30-minute interview that gave me a glimpse into the team and the projects they’re tackling. They seem to be working on some really interesting stuff, which made me curious about how I could contribute. Toward the end, I was asked a pretty simple LeetCode-style question (equivalent to an easy I'd say) which felt like a nice way to wrap things up.
